Anthro Spring Fashion Show

Despite having to wear a winter jacket and several inches of snow on the ground here in Philadelphia, I am beyond excited for the upcoming spring season (only a few days away)!

And as if I wasn’t prepared enough, the seasonal Anthropologie Fashion Show REALLY put me in the spring spirit AND has me over the moon to share a few of my tops picks for the upcoming spring season from the “Outfit for Every Invite” collection.

Debuting spring must-haves by Anthropologie, I walked the runway alongside models, a few of my girlfriends and other Philadelphia women wearing a stunning metallic grey jumpsuit paired with absolutely perfect accessories. This outfit was SO ME!  I was particularly excited to wear this piece as I practically live in jumpsuits.  BUT if I’m honest, I have shied away from wide leg pieces in the past because of my curves and height.  However this jumpsuit proved me completely wrong and I felt INCREDIBLE (proof that we curvy girls should never be afraid to give something new a try)!

In addition to my incredibly curated outfit, I could not stop obsessing over multiple pieces selected for the evening.  A few key spring trends I picked up from the runway include light wash and white denim, bold floral prints and patterns, statement accessories and metallic accents (OH and jumpsuits of course!).  I’m convinced incorporating these trends into any spring wardrobe will certainly have us ladies walking the RUNWAY…errrrr…I mean SIDEWALK with even greater confidence this spring!

What made all of these perfectly selected runway looks even better?  The absolutely fab women rocking them! I mean LOOK AT THEM!  Shout out to all the confident and empowering spirits who stormed the Anthropologie runway!

AND a very special shout out and THANK YOU to ANTHRO!!!!!

I am SO honored to have been a part of this fashion show for the second season in a row.  What fashionista doesn’t dream of walking the runway while representing one of her favorite brands?  I am also obsessed with the fact that I was offered the opportunity to be a part of this event in MY city where the URBN Inc. brand facilities are headquartered and hold heavy influence in the local fashion community!  So again, thank you Anthropologie and everyone involved in the evening ( Joe Mac Creative is responsible for the incredible photos included in this post, too!).

  1. Hello there!
“I walked the runway alongside models, a few of my girlfriends” – I read this first time. I think only boys have girlfriends, girls have boyfriend & friend.
Nice post. thank you for sharing
