If you haven’t noticed, I’ve shifted my focus recently…
There I said it!
I’ve shifted from exclusively focusing on the blog to channeling my energy into my in-person and online event series and community, Ditch the Clique.

Right now, life feels out of our control…
Our day to day lives have been turned upside down! Schedules are non existent (what is time, anyway?), and in-person connection is no longer…LITERALLY. It truly feels as though there is nothing to work for or look forward to.

It reminded me that in times of uncertainty and sadness we have the choice to reclaim control when we focus our thoughts on the positive rather than negative. Now don’t get me wrong, not-so-great moments in quarantine are allowed and NECESSARY! But only when used as a means to process and move BEYOND!
But HOW do we focus our thoughts on the positive rather than negative in order to reclaim control?
Well, I’m no expert BUT keep reading for a few ways I’ve worked to regain control of my thoughts and my LIFE in quarantine.
