Though a fitness fanatic I am certainly NOT an athlete, BUT I admit this (football) season in particular I’ve lived for Sunday afternoons. There is nothing quite like attending the game of your favorite team and screaming victory chants at the top of your lungs with the greatest of friends. And whether an Eagles or Patriots fan, more than likely you’ll find yourself at a viewing party for THE sporting event of the year this weekend, SUPER BOWL SUNDAY!

I’d venture to guess I’m speaking on behalf of more than just myself when I say (that apart for New Years!) January can be extremely dull. Between the relentless grey sky, dismal weather and bone-chilling wind, the first (and least exciting) month of the year lasts FUREVER!
