GIRL if you asked me to count the number of times I’ve been asked THAT question, well…let’s just say we don’t have enough time to count!

Black owned business owners account for about 10% of businesses here in the states and we wonder…how many of those are female owned? From our research, about 2-3% of those are female owned….YES that is a number worth celebrating but GIRL we want to help GROW that statistic in every way we can! I hate the summer.
Yeah, you read that right. I hate it. The inevitable sunburn, the heat, and the fashion that comes with it. I’ve never enjoyed wearing summer clothes. I’d much rather wear pants and sweaters than shorts and dresses. Part of that is personal preference, but if I’m REALLY honest it goes deeper than that.
Maybe you can relate: I like pants that hide the shape of my legs. I’m always nervous to wear bathing suits in public. And don’t even get me started on skirts.
