Styling tips for men from our fashion forward friend, Dave Diaz!

Ditch the Clique — it’s FOR women and BY women right?

Sure, that’s it (for now anyway lol) but that doesn’t mean men don’t need AND deserve inspiring and empowering resources of their own! In fact, we get more inquiries than you’d think from men genuinely interested in the culture we are creating! But because we are such style advocates the question we get most from men is:

Can you tell me how to dress more confidently too?

How we celebrate Galentine’s Day….

How we celebrate Galentine’s Day….

It’s February! And let’s be real…you likely either love or hate the “month of love”.

To be honest with you, over the years I’ve spent a lot of time digging deep into this one. Because as someone who struggles around the Christmas holiday season, I find it important to empathize with and support those who see holiday months as a challenge rather than a celebration. And through my “research” I’ve found one MAJOR commonality which leads me to ask…

Do those who dislike the month of love struggle to like themselves?

OKAY I know that sounds harsh, but before you stop reading PLEASE hear me out!

Think about it…a lot of people who dislike February struggle because of feeling incomplete or less than on Valentine’s Day. They battle feelings of loneliness and begin to believe the lie that they don’t measure up and are unworthy of love. And in return of feeling unloved, they fall of out love with themselves. And where love doesn’t live…hate does. But GIRL whether you love or hate February (and for whatever reason you love or hate it), I’m here to remind you:

YOU ARE COMPLETE.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
YOU DO MEASURE UP.
YOU ARE WORTHY.

YOU. ARE. LOVED.

And GIRL, YOU deserve to love YOU!

To give you the resources YOU need to celebrate YOU, Ditch the Clique is hosting a FREE virtual Galentine’s Day event in partnership with Figleaves this Saturday February 13th at 11am EST! And to give you a glimpse into the body positive, connective conversation we’ll be having at Saturday’s event, we teamed up with Figleaves to create a photo shoot overflowing with selflove and REAL bodies!
