The top 3 trends I’m loving moving into warmer summer months.
YES! There has been a bit of a pause in sharing my monthly style favorites here at A Grim Sense of Style BUT that doesn’t mean my passion for discovering, styling and wearing the latest trends has stopped! In fact, it has made me even more excited to share with y’all exactly what trends I’m currently loving!

How I fashionably packed for a 10 day trip to London and Paris in ONLY carryon luggage.
Is it just me or is everyone under the assumption that we fashionistas only travel with two exploding check bags, a carry on and handbag ALL weighing more than we do?
More often than not, that’s the truth.
BUT I think we can all agree that traveling (especially abroad and solo) is SO much easier with less luggage to haul place to place.

Spring things I’m loving RIGHT now.
There’s just something about spring in the city. Perhaps it’s the fact that I moved to NYC in the spring (that’s right, it’s almost my New York birthday!). Chatting with my mom the other day, she reminded me what a last minute/procrastinator I CAN be. Honestly I took the accusation quite personally (acting as if I wasn’t already aware). For a second I let those words creep in (that second can do a lot of damage) and began to question my self worth on the small fact that I tend to arrive exactly on time or 5 fashionable minutes late to almost everything. My poor mother-she taught me to be at least 25 minutes early, always.
