I don’t know about you but I typically find inspiration in my circle of empowered women and my surroundings (bless you, New York City). But because my surroundings haven’t changed in WEEKS…well…let’s just say I’ve been forced to find inspiration elsewhere.
In fact, since being FORCED to find inspiration in other ways, I’ve arguably been more creative than EVER before! WILD, right?
I know you’re likely in need of creative ways to find inspiration too, so I’m excited to share one of my MANY methods with you! (I used and loved this method PRE quarantine, but have found it to be an absolute game changer since quarantine started, too!)
In my most recent email newsletter I shared how I’m spending my quarantine time. Yes I’ve rearranged my office, caught up on my favorite reality TV shows, and dressed up for NO REASON, but this extra time at home REALLY has me doing A LOT of thinking. Particularly I’ve been thinking about what motivates us as women. Sure, I’ve thought about this before, but now more than EVER I truly recognize the importance of connection. GIRL I don’t know about YOU, but I know I am much more inspired and empowered to be the best me (AND go after my dreams) when I’m surrounded by other empowered, inspired, and motivated women!
