Maybe you’ve heard but…
At the end of 2019, I launched my Ditch the Clique series offering women of all ages, races, sizes, and career paths a safe space to share their goals and find an inspiring community to help them chase (and ACHIEVE) their dreams. The first of many Ditch the Clique events was hosted in my hometown of Pennsylvania, with the New York City kick off event launching Spring 2020!
But it doesn’t stop there…
Recently I was invited to take Ditch the Clique to new levels. That’s right, I was asked to be the keynote speaker at WebFX in Harrisburg, PA as they celebrated Galentine’s Day!
And if I’m being honest…I was nervous to take this to a corporate level but…
It was a dream come true!
One of the MANY reasons I started this blog (my Instagram, Ditch the Clique and SO MUCH MORE) was to inspire a larger number of women, so although it likely goes without saying…the opportunity to speak to 50+ women at WebFX was an absolute dream! Sure, it felt as though I was accomplishing a long-time goal, but more importantly it created a space for women who work together on a daily basis to empower one another to go after what it REALLY is they want in work, relationships, and LIFE!
Though the evening was all around INCREDIBLE, a highlight for me included…
The theme– Empowered Women, Empower Women.
After enjoying cotton candy mimosa’s and brunch-for-dinner, the ladies and I celebrated each other with an interactive conversation about how we as Empowered Women, Empower Women. This topic provided us all an opportunity to uncover the empowered woman inside us so we can help the ladies in our lives grow, too! Inspiring stories were shared, tears were shed, and cheers were endless as the women of WebFX shared their goals to growing stronger together!
I am BEYOND grateful to WebFX and the incredible women who make up their team for allowing me the opportunity to expand into the corporate setting! You ladies are going places!!!
