Best Inspiring Podcasts to Follow

Social media can be an exhausting place. If I spend too long scrolling, I’m left feeling drained, empty, and oftentimes… jealous. I catch myself comparing myself to other people, and it’s hard to stop. That’s why it’s so important to interrupt that endless media consumption with some inspiring content.

But what should you look for in an inspiring account?

I try to ask myself these 3 questions:

  1. Is the content adding something to my life?
  2. Does it match my lifestyle?
  3. When I scroll through their feed, does it make me a happier, better person?

Hopefully, Ditch the Clique and our podcast answers YES to all these questions by providing you with inspiring and empowering resources! But we know that you’re going to look in other places to find even more inspiration, and guess what? We LOVE that! Here’s our favorite inspiring podcasts to listen to:

RACHEL’S FAVORITE PODCASTS:

The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Show

If you’re looking for something encouraging to listen to throughout your day, this podcast is perfect by offering lifestyle advice to confidently live life YOUR way. Some of Rachel’s favorite episodes are #338, all about setting boundaries, and #223, about seeing circumstances in life as happening FOR you, rather than TO you, featuring Ryan Holiday.

The Influencer Podcast

This podcast is excellent for solo-preneurs, small business owners, and creatives of all kinds! Rachel’s favorite episode (that she listens to on REPEAT) is #98 featuring James Wedmore, talking about fear.

Confident Collective Podcast

If you didn’t guess from the name, this podcast is great for confidence boosting tips and conversations for now… and beyond. One episode to highlight is #20, for anyone facing heartbreak (in a romantic or familia sense) and how to heal, with Naz Perez

And of course, I couldn’t make this list without including:

Ditch the Clique’s REAL Women Podcast

which has OFFICIALLY made a comeback! If you don’t know, Rachel chats with change-making women to learn how they stay inspired and overcome challenges in life. Her goal is to motivate every-day women to reach their goals.

I LOVE seeing and supporting these inspiring women and the changes they are making in the world. It’s encouraging to know that social media doesn’t have to be so negative. And GIRL, by surrounding yourself with empowering podcasts like the ones mentioned above, YOU can find inspiration everyday. But even so, everyone needs a break from the Internet now and then, so consider attending a Ditch the Clique event to find empowerment and connection with other women!
